Job Title: Case Manager
Location: Arcata, California
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $59 – $63/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a Case Manager for a temporary assignment in Arcata, California. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a Case Manager:
• Perform Utilization Review Nurse and/or Case Manager duties
• Work five 8-hour shifts per week (40 hours/week guaranteed)
• Maintain an active California nursing license
• Maintain current BLS and ACLS certification
• Provide proof of negative TB screen within the past 12 months
• Apply clinical expertise in utilization review and discharge planning
• Operate in a temp-to-perm capacity with preference given to candidates seeking permanent placement
