Schedule: 7:00AM – 5:00PM x 4
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $191 – $206/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a CRNA for a locum tenens assignment in York, Pennsylvania. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a CRNA:
• Work Monday through Friday, full-time only, with 4-5 ten-hour shifts per day; no overtime
• Work variable shift times according to daily assignment (0615-1645, 0630-1630, or 0700-1700)
• Function within a Medically Directed model at a ratio of 1:3 (maximum 1:4)
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered anesthesia care across a broad range of surgical and procedural areas
• Work collaboratively alongside anesthesiologists, surgeons, and specialty clinicians
• Provide anesthesia services for diverse and complex patient populations across all age groups
• Perform anesthesia in specialty areas including Trauma, Neuro & Spine, Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular & APS, NORA locations, OB/GYN, General, GI, Peds, Plastics, Ortho, and Robotics
• Administer epidurals independently without a physician present
• Apply required skills including GETA, MAC, Regional, Spinal, and ultrasound (US) techniques
• Utilize Epic EMR for clinical documentation
• Maintain active Board Certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Maintain active Pennsylvania license or compact licensure
• Maintain current ACLS and PALS certifications
• Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of CRNA experience (preferred)
• Complete credentialing requirements within the 90-day credentialing timeframe
