Job Title: Dialysis
Location: Everett, Washington
Schedule: 7:00AM – 5:00PM x 4
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $57 – $62/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a Dialysis for a temporary assignment in Everett, Washington. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a Dialysis:
• Oversee the delivery of dialysis and the care of patients
• Provide education to patients regarding their care and treatment
• Supervise Dialysis Technicians
• Adjust treatment plans per standing orders and care plans
• Monitor patient outcomes
• Administer medications as required
• Participate in quality improvement projects
• Collaborate with other members of the patient care team, including social workers, dietitians, and nephrologists
• Float and cover multiple clinic locations as needed
• Work any shift (AM/PM) schedule depending upon staffing needs
• Work any day Monday through Saturday as required
• Maintain a current Registered Nurse (RN) license from the WA State Board of Nursing or Multi-State Compact Nurse license
• Maintain current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification with a Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers card through the American Heart Association
• Demonstrate a minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
• Apply previous dialysis experience in daily practice
• Utilize prior experience in Acute or Ambulatory Nursing as applicable
