Job Title: OT
Location: Oakland, California
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $65 – $70/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a OT for a temporary assignment in Oakland, California. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a OT:
• Prioritize start of care visits
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants
• Complete next day mandatory reporting of start of care visits
• Submit clinical notes and other documentation within 48 hours of visit
• Maintain timely communication with supervisor, intake, and office
• Be generally responsive during normal business hours
• Maintain valid California Occupational Therapist License
• Utilize Kinnser documentation system for clinical documentation
• Travel within Alameda County territory, with potential expansion as needed
• Work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
• Complete 3 full days of training, including one in-house and two in the field
• Meet weekly productivity requirement of 30 points per week
• Obtain pre-approval from Clinical Supervisor for any overtime hours
• Utilize issued iPad and Ring Central communication equipment
