Job Title: LVN/LPN
Location: Quincy, California
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $52 – $56/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a LVN/LPN for a temporary assignment in Quincy, California. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a LVN/LPN:
• Provide professional nursing skills in an outpatient clinic setting
• Emphasize disease prevention and health maintenance in patient care
• Work closely with clinical staff, front office staff, and other related departments to support patient and family needs
• Maintain current CPR Certification
• Hold and maintain a current California LVN license or interim permit for LVN
• Apply good clinical judgment, plan work, establish priorities, and maintain flexibility
• Utilize proficient written and verbal communication skills in daily responsibilities
• Instruct and teach patients and families as needed
• Use a computer proficiently for documentation and related tasks
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
