Job Title: COTA
Location: Belle Fourche, South Dakota
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $39 – $42/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a COTA for a temporary assignment in Belle Fourche, South Dakota. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a COTA:
• Provide occupational therapy assistant services as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Complete a 13-week assignment with 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Assist occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with facility policies
• Adhere to all facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
• Maintain valid state licensure and required certifications
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient rehabilitation goals
• Comply with facility dress code and professional conduct requirements
