Job Title: OR
Location: Fort Defiance, Arizona
Schedule: 10:00PM – 6:30AM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $62 – $67/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a OR for a temporary assignment in Fort Defiance, Arizona. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a OR:
• Maintain a minimum of two years of recent experience in the applicable specialty
• Demonstrate Circular experience relevant to the position being applied for
• Work Monday through Friday, 0730-1600 shift schedule
• Participate in on-call duties, including approximately one overnight per week
• Participate in on-call duties, including approximately one weekend every five weeks
• Maintain current American Heart Association BLS certification
• Maintain current ACLS certification
• Maintain current PALS certification
• Float to other departments as needed when qualified to do so
• Take on patient loads when experienced and competent in a given setting during float assignments
• Perform task-oriented duties during float assignments, such as answering call lights and phones
• Adhere to all facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
