Job Title: IR
Location: Warwick, Rhode Island
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $81 – $88/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a IR for a temporary assignment in Warwick, Rhode Island. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a IR:
• Provide care in all phases of interventional radiology (IR) including pre-, intra-, and post-procedure
• Apply vascular experience in clinical practice (preferred)
• Work full time, 8-hour day shifts with rotating day time hours (7:30-4, 8-4:30, or 8:30-5)
• Adhere to department operating hours of 7:30am-5pm, Monday through Friday
• Participate in rotating call coverage for nights, weekends, and holidays
• Maintain current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Demonstrate moderate sedation experience in clinical practice
• Apply vascular and scrubbing experience as preferred skills in IR setting
• Complete required skills checklist prior to submission
• Complete specialty competency exam, basic EKG exam, pharmacology exam, core competencies, and moderate sedation test upon onboarding
• Maintain valid state licensure and comply with license verification requirements
• Provide 2 professional references prior to submission
• Comply with all onboarding documentation, health history requirements, and credentialing processes
• Adhere to facility policies including confidentiality agreements and employment verification requirements
