Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a Other for a permanent assignment in Globe, Arizona.
Responsibilities for a Other:
• Lead Health Information Management (HIM) operations in a rural hospital setting
• Ensure regulatory compliance across HIM functions
• Oversee medical records and coding processes
• Maintain data integrity within HIM systems
• Support and supervise HIM staff
• Provide hands-on support in a small, fast-paced environment
• Apply strong leadership skills and broad HIM expertise
• Quickly adapt to operational needs and changing priorities
• Work a Monday through Friday professional exempt schedule
• Relocate to the Globe/Miami, Arizona area
• Comply with flu vaccine requirement
• Adhere to a 100-mile radius residency rule from the facility
• Limit time-off requests to no more than 3 days per 13-week contract period
