Job Title: ER MED-SURG
Location: Gunnison, Colorado
Schedule: 7:00AM – 7:00PM x 3
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $78 – $84/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a ER MED-SURG for a temporary assignment in Gunnison, Colorado. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a ER MED-SURG:
• Supervise patient care, nursing staff, and Emergency Department operations
• Partner with the Director of Patient Care Services to support and provide oversight of daily operations in the Emergency Department
• Demonstrate strong people leadership skills while maintaining the ability to take bedside shifts as needed
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
• Maintain current Colorado RN license or compact state RN license
• Possess leadership experience within the last 2 years
• Apply training and experience in an Emergency Department setting
• Ensure access to a reliable source of transportation as public transportation is not available in the area
• Complete Colorado Adult Protective Services (CAPS) check as required
