Job Title: ER MED-SURG
Location: Kremmling, Colorado
Schedule: 6:00AM – 4:00PM x 6
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $59 – $63/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a ER MED-SURG for a temporary assignment in Kremmling, Colorado. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a ER MED-SURG:
• Provide care to patients in the Emergency Department as a Registered Nurse
• Assess, plan, implement, and coordinate patient care from admission to discharge in the Emergency Department
• Utilize accepted standards and protocols of Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Utilize Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or equivalent protocols
• Utilize Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) protocols
• Maintain current BLS certification
• Achieve patient outcomes through the implementation of clinical pathways
• Work 3 twelve-hour shifts per week plus 2 call shifts
• Work holidays and on-call shifts as required
• Prefer candidates with Critical Access Hospital (CAH) experience
• Disclose all requests for time off during the interview process
