Location: Fresno, California
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $68 – $74/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a OT for a temporary assignment in Fresno, California. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a OT:
• Possess IRF (Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility), SNF, or acute care experience • Work 8-hour shifts with a guaranteed work week of 40 hours • Work exclusively in an inpatient rehabilitation setting • Be available for shifts starting as early as 6:30 AM • Maintain current and valid licensure/certification as required • Complete and submit required skills checklist prior to assignment • Provide 2 professional references upon submission • Comply with all health and immunization requirements including MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, TB Test, Varicella, and Tdap • Undergo required background screening including criminal background check, OIG search, and other compliance verifications • Complete drug screening as required during onboarding • Adhere to confidentiality policies and procedures • Complete and sign all required onboarding documentation including confirmation of assignment, policy packet acknowledgment, and dispute resolution agreement
