Location: Meeker, Colorado
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $59 – $63/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Meeker, Colorado. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Provide physical therapy services during day shifts
• Work primarily Monday through Friday on either 5×8-hour or 4×10-hour shift schedules
• Be available for occasional Saturday shifts when orthopedic surgery occurs on Friday
• Adhere to traveler eligibility requirements, including maintaining a permanent address at least 65 miles from the facility
• Be prepared for a quick start upon placement
• Comply with all facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
