Location: Warwick, Rhode Island
Schedule: 7:00AM – 7:00PM x 3
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $68 – $74/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a OR for a temporary assignment in Warwick, Rhode Island. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a OR:
• Work three 12-hour shifts per week, 0700-1930
• Participate in on-call rotations, including either one short call (1930-2300) or one long call (2300-0700) during each week
• Participate in one to two 24-hour weekend calls (Saturday or Sunday 0700-0700) per six-week grid on a fair and rotating basis
• Submit all requested time off (RTO) requests prior to assignment start
• Maintain valid state licensure verified through Nursys
• Complete CNE Skills Checklist prior to submission
• Complete CNE Specialty Competency Exam upon onboarding
• Complete CNE Basic EKG Exam upon onboarding
• Complete CNE Pharmacology Exam upon onboarding
• Complete CNE Core Competencies upon onboarding
• Maintain current BLS certification
• Maintain BSN credential
• Provide 2 professional references prior to submission
• Complete CNE Profile prior to submission
• Complete CNE Work Attestation prior to submission
• Comply with all onboarding health requirements including COVID-19 Vaccine, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, Varicella, Tdap, Fit Test, and 2-Step PPD or IGRA
• Complete criminal background check upon onboarding
• Complete CNE First Look orientation packet upon onboarding
• Sign CNE Non-Employee Confidentiality Agreement upon onboarding
• Complete CNE Employment Verification upon onboarding
• Complete CNE Confirmation of Assignment upon onboarding
• Obtain CNE Badge Photo upon onboarding
• Complete CNE Occupational Health Request for Clearance Form upon onboarding
• Provide valid Driver’s License or State ID upon onboarding
• Complete RI Fingerprinting (RN only) upon onboarding
