Job Title: ER MED-SURG
Location: Warwick, Rhode Island
Schedule: 7:00PM – 7:00AM x 3
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $75 – $81/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a ER MED-SURG for a temporary assignment in Warwick, Rhode Island. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a ER MED-SURG:
• Maintain current licensure verified through Nursys and License/Certificate Verification
• Complete CNE Skills Checklist prior to submission
• Complete CNE Specialty Competency Exam upon onboarding
• Complete CNE Basic EKG Exam upon onboarding
• Complete CNE Pharmacology Exam upon onboarding
• Complete CNE Core Competencies upon onboarding
• Maintain BSN degree requirement
• Comply with COVID-19 Vaccine requirements
• Provide documentation of MMR immunization
• Complete Fit Test as required
• Provide documentation of Hepatitis B immunization
• Provide documentation of Influenza Vaccine
• Provide valid Driver’s License or State ID
• Complete 2 Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) tuberculosis testing
• Provide documentation of Varicella immunization
• Provide documentation of Tdap immunization
• Submit CNE Profile prior to submission
• Provide 2 Professional References prior to submission
• Complete Criminal Background Check
• Complete CNE First Look orientation packet
• Sign CNE Non-Employee Confidentiality Agreement
• Complete CNE Employment Verification
• Submit CNE Work Attestation prior to submission
• Provide badge photo for facility identification
• Complete CNE Occupational Health Request for Clearance Form
• Complete RI Fingerprinting (RN Only)
