Location: North Las Vegas, Nevada
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 26-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $62 – $67/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in North Las Vegas, Nevada. These positions are 26-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Complete required documentation directly with ATI outside of standard clearance packet before starting assignment
• Obtain permanent license promptly if starting with compact license; permanent license required for South Carolina positions
• Gain experience in the relevant clinical setting as required
• Maintain an active state license throughout the assignment
• Work 40 guaranteed hours per week, with 32 hours guaranteed during holiday weeks
• Work day shift hours as scheduled
• Adhere to a 30-day notice requirement prior to ending assignment
• Utilize facility-provided equipment as outlined during the interview process
• Follow dress code guidelines as provided during first-day orientation
• Comply with all facility policies, procedures, and credentialing requirements
• Meet all contract quality assurance credentialing requirements prior to start
