Location: Salem, Oregon
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 26-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $54 – $58/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Salem, Oregon. These positions are 26-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Complete required documentation directly with ATI outside of standard clearance packet before being cleared to start assignment
• Must obtain permanent license promptly if starting with compact license
• Must hold permanent license; compact license not accepted for South Carolina positions
• Must not have worked perm or PRN at ATI within the last year to be eligible for assignment
• Candidates with previous ATI travel history or perm/PRN history beyond one year must be verified for rehire eligibility prior to submission
• Work 32 guaranteed hours during holiday weeks
• Maintain active licensure as required for the position
• Possess experience in the required clinical setting/modality
• Work day shift hours
• Adhere to a 30-day notice requirement
• Follow dress code guidelines as provided during first day orientation
• Utilize facility-provided equipment as outlined during interview process
• Comply with all facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
