Location: Maricopa, Arizona
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 26-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $59 – $63/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Maricopa, Arizona. These positions are 26-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Complete required documentation directly with ATI outside of standard clearance packet before being cleared to start assignment
• Obtain permanent license promptly if starting with a compact license
• Maintain an active license throughout the assignment
• Provide proof of license application within 5 business days of booking
• Ensure license status aligns with the assignment start date
• Meet credentialing requirements as outlined in the contract QA process
• Demonstrate experience in the required practice setting
• Work a guaranteed 32 hours during holiday weeks
• Adhere to a 30-day notice requirement prior to ending assignment
• Work day shift hours as scheduled
• Follow dress code guidelines as provided during first day orientation
• Utilize equipment as provided and outlined during the interview process
• Comply with all facility policies and procedures throughout the assignment
