Location: Buckeye, Arizona
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $55 – $60/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Buckeye, Arizona. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Complete required documentation directly with ATI outside of standard clearance packet before assignment start
• Obtain permanent state license promptly if starting with compact license
• Must hold permanent license if working in SC; compact licenses are not accepted for SC positions
• Maintain active licensure throughout the duration of the assignment
• Adhere to a 32-hour guaranteed workweek during holiday weeks
• Work scheduled day shift hours
• Comply with dress code requirements as provided during first day orientation
• Utilize facility-provided equipment as outlined during interview process
• Meet experience requirements applicable to the assigned setting
• Adhere to a 30-day notice policy
• Self-report and track hours worked within weekly billing cycles
• Comply with overtime policies including 1.5x bill rate for overtime hours
• Candidates who have worked perm or PRN at ATI within the last year are not eligible for placement until one year has passed since separation
• Candidates with previous ATI travel or perm/PRN history beyond one year must be reviewed for rehire eligibility prior to submission
