Job Title: L&D
Location: Fresno, California
Schedule: 7:00AM – 7:00PM x 3
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $86 – $92/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a L&D for a temporary assignment in Fresno, California. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a L&D:
• Fulfill staffing requirements for a 36-hour guaranteed workweek position
• Maintain and provide all required credentials prior to onboarding, including MMR, Hepatitis B, TB Test, Varicella, Tdap, and Influenza Vaccine documentation
• Submit a completed profile and two professional references prior to assignment start
• Undergo and clear required background screening processes including criminal background check, OIG search, EPLS, OFAC, and National Sex Offender registry checks
• Complete and pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Maintain a valid and verifiable license or certificate relevant to the role
• Complete and submit a skills checklist prior to assignment start
• Provide valid government-issued Driver’s License or State ID for onboarding
• Comply with confidentiality policies and sign acknowledgment of receipt for policy packet
• Sign and adhere to the Dispute Resolution Agreement
• Complete education verification requirements during onboarding
• Ensure no Do Not Rehire/Send (DNS) status with any previous facilities
• Provide a badge photo for identification purposes during onboarding
• Sign and submit the Confirmation of Assignment/Job Description form
• Complete ROI for MyChart as part of onboarding requirements
