Job Title: Dialysis
Location: Janesville, Wisconsin
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $55 – $60/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a Dialysis for a temporary assignment in Janesville, Wisconsin. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a Dialysis:
• Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in caring for patients
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques, policies and procedures, standards of care, and State laws/practice act
• Document according to standards of care
• Develop, initiate, and execute a patient plan of care according to the individualized needs of the patient, as prescribed by Physician and/or hospital policy including patient and family instruction
• Participate in department or unit performance improvement activities, which may include shared governance
• Utilize clinical expertise and provide guidance to other units/departments in support of the patient’s longitudinal plan of care
• Utilize critical thinking in regards to patient safety and patient experience and appropriately escalate to the appropriate chain of command
• Maintain current AHA Provider Level BLS certification
• Maintain current AHA Provider Level ACLS certification
• Maintain current Wisconsin (WI) RN License
