Job Title: L&D
Location: Clovis, California
Schedule: 7:00AM – 7:00PM x 3
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $86 – $92/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a L&D for a temporary assignment in Clovis, California. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a L&D:
• Work a guaranteed 36 hours per week as part of the scheduled assignment • Maintain valid licensure and certificate verification throughout the assignment • Submit a complete professional profile and skills checklist prior to start • Provide 2 professional references as part of the submission process • Complete required compliance documentation including confirmation of assignment and job description • Adhere to confidentiality policies and acknowledge receipt of policy packet • Complete required onboarding steps including education verification and background screening • Maintain current immunization records including MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap, and TB Test • Comply with drug screening requirements as part of the onboarding process • Maintain a valid Driver’s License or State ID on file • Adhere to dispute resolution agreement and all facility policies and procedures • Comply with all applicable regulatory and compliance requirements including OIG, OFAC, EPLS, and national background checks
