Job Title: PT
Location: Albany, Oregon
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $59 – $63/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Albany, Oregon. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions that have caused a decline in physical mobility or functional independence
• Treat patients with acute and chronic injuries or limitations that are neuro/musculo/skeletal in nature
• Provide services in the areas of sports and orthopedic rehab, neurological and stroke rehab, balance, and spinal therapy
• Maintain a current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license
• Maintain current Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification
• Travel to multiple points of care as required
