Job Title: ER MED-SURG
Location: Newport, Vermont
Schedule: 8:00AM – 4:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $65 – $70/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a ER MED-SURG for a temporary assignment in Newport, Vermont. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a ER MED-SURG:
• Provide emergency room nursing care with 3-5 years of emergency room experience
• Work Mid-shift hours between 11AM-11PM or 1PM-1AM with some rotating shifts
• Work every other weekend
• Maintain guaranteed 72 hours bi-weekly
• Attend department quarterly education sessions
• Adapt to shift variations as required by department needs
• Provide care in a Critical Access Hospital environment
• Utilize personal transportation as public transportation is limited in the area
