Job Title: PTA
Location: Gilroy, California
Schedule: 7:00AM – 7:00PM x 3
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $42 – $46/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PTA for a temporary assignment in Gilroy, California. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PTA:
• Provide physical therapy services on a 13-week contract basis
• Work a guaranteed 30 hours per week
• Deliver patient care in alignment with facility policies and procedures
• Maintain current licensure and certifications required for physical therapy practice
• Document patient care and progress accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes
• Adhere to all compliance, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain professional standards and conduct throughout the assignment
